Mrs. Fury Kickstart Smoothie

Wow, talkin’ about the best way to kickstart the day. Add Mrs. Fury to this fruit and veggie loaded smoothie and you’ll be pumped up instantly.


  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 bunch of mint
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 125 g mango pieces (frozen)
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Fury Hot Sauce
  • 250 ml water


  1. Peel the banana en slice into pieces. Pluck mint leaves.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender en blend until smooth. Serves 2.
