Mini Fury Pumpkin Hummus

A mouthwatering spicy hummus. Sweetness from the pumpkin combined with Mini Fury heat!


  • 400 g pumpkin (diced)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 400 g can chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 bunch of mint
  • 2 tbsp Mini Fury Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 tbsp water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sumac
  • 1/2 tl nigella seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix the pumpkin with the cumin and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Divide the pumpkin on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and roast for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
  3. Drain the chickpeas. Chop the garlic. Chop the mint.
  4. Tip the pumpkin with the chickpeas, garlic, Mini Fury Hot Sauce, tahini, lemon juice and water into a food processor. Blend to a smooth hummus and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Scoop the hummus in a bowl and sprinkle with sumac, nigella seeds and mint. Serves 4.
