Furious Roasted Christmas Nuts

Mini Fury Hot Sauce mixed with maple syrup and fresh rosemary makes this the easiest, yet feisty X-mas snack ever.


  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 5 tbsp Mini Fury Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 160 g almonds
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 200 g pecans


  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Chop the rosemary.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Mini Fury Fury Hot Sauce with the maple syrup and rosemary. Add the nuts and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and roast for 30 minutes or until the nuts are golden brown. Use a spatula or a spoon to break up and toss the nuts halfway through cooking.
  4.  Leave to cool completely.
