Furious Carpaccio Sandwich

Mini Fury’s spice and smokiness brings this classic sandwich to a whole new level.


  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 200 g carpaccio
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese (coarsely grated)
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 20 g rocket
  • 4 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 4 tbsp Mini Fury Hot Sauce
  • 4 sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)


  1. Toast in a dry pan the pine nuts golden brown.
  2. Split the rolls and top with the rocket, carpaccio, Parmesan, capers, onion, sun dried tomatoes and pinenuts. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and Mini Fury Hot Sauce. Serves 4.
